About this class

When talking to friends and family, it may seem like you’re entering the lottery for a “good sleeper” or a “bad sleeper.” As a result, many pregnant couples worry that welcoming a new baby means saying goodbye to good sleep forever.

Join Dr. Tim as he explains what to expect from your baby’s sleep at different ages in the first year of life, including the dreaded “sleep regressions,” why they happen, and how to get your baby’s sleep back on track.

This class will cover:

  • What to expect at different ages
  • Location and timing for daytime naps
  • Location and timing for overnight sleep
  • Common pitfalls
  • Sleep regressions: why they happen, how to prevent them, how to fix them
  • Sleep training

... My oldest daughter would come home and practice listening to the heart beats of her baby dolls "just like Dr. Tim does it". I cried when I found out he was leaving. Austin, you are so lucky to have Dr. Tim.

Dr. Tim was wonderful. He came to my house & completed my daughter's exam & vaccines in my living room. It was such a relief and so much more comfortable than going into an office.

What makes Dr Tim so special is his uncanny ability to make you feel that you’re doing a great job as a parent - something that’s imperative during your child’s first year of life.
