We approach pediatric care a bit differently than a typical practice by offering in-home visits & 24/7 virtual care. Here's how our care team model makes this possible:
Your family's direct care team includes:
1) Nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) — your primary care provider (PCP)
2) Physician (MD) — available for consultation upon request, just ask!
Your PCP will visit your home for most scheduled well-child visits. For time sensitive well-child visits, you may also see other providers on the broader care team.
Your MD is always available when needed and works in collaboration with your PCP.
Your care team is supplemented by a support staff & technology to ensure your experience with MP is great.
