Kathryn

Kathryn is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who moved to Austin from Washington, DC. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, she began her studies at Michigan State University, going on to earn her BS in Community Health from the University of Maryland, College Park and her BSN from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Kathryn spent three years at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC as a registered nurse on the GI / Intestinal Rehab Unit and five years as the Nurse Manager for Georgetown University Hospital's Clinical Research Unit. While working in this role, she completed her nurse practitioner training at Georgetown.

Kathryn is thrilled to be practicing in pediatrics (her first true passion and love!) and is excited to bring her background and experience to patients and families of Austin in a primary care role. In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys hiking & camping, gardening, cooking, yoga, music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
